btw...just watched the Watch the Water doco posted here today. About 8 weeks ago I noticed a white residue on our pool glass after hosing down with town tap water. Used my pool test kit the next day to do some analysis on the tap water. Was very high in chlorine and PH levels were through the roof. Both higher than what I keep my well balanced salt water pool at. Immediately raised a few red flags.

We use a charcoal filter system for our drinking water but will look at installing a good filter in the main supply line into house. Hopefully that will take care of most toxins.
