    Hey,

    This chicken cordon bleu dish is a good 60% Eden produce. The chicken, ham, cheese, onion & carrots were not produced in our garden. The beet leaves, radish, beetroot, lettuce, squash balls, eggs, parsley, basil & Vietnamese mint were home grown!!

    I used a Ned Kelly salad dressing but only to use it up..
