a few tit bits for you to read chubbs from assorted posters

Very interesting, these were massive trades !!!

Polo 4,3 % of the outstanding shares in one trade...

EML nearly 2% of the outstanding shares in one trade...

and 6,7 % of the outstanding KAH shares in two trades..

    changed owners today.

This cant be a coincidence. This all adds up with the "takeover" of Coronet and the attempted divestiture of Niger Uranium some weeks ago.

Furthermore the new AfNAT Resources (merger of Lithic and Amber Petroleum-Niger uraniums second largest shareholder) starts trading tommorrow.

    The story is accelerating!

    And this one Chubbs

Folks, this is not normal and coupled with the Coronet takeover SOMETHING is going on but what exactly?

As you have all pointed out, it is a leveraged chain-of-control thing.

How much would you need of Polo and EML to control them? My guess is that you don't need more than 30% of a company to greatly influence it, if not outright control it. We have seen how much influence Hohnen has had over EXT's board members without himself being on either the board or the executive of EXT.

I am guessing that for a relatively modest sum (relative to a direct attack on EXT) one could control those two companies.

If you control them, how much of KAH do you control? I think Marben has the answer, I don't but will guess if that is OK with everyone. I apologise ahead of time if I have the figures wrong.

I think that by controlling POLO and EML you will control about 11% and 5% of KAH respectively. That gives you 16% of KAH. If it was the same crowd that bought the 6.7% of KAH then they have control of 22.7% of KAH.

Now what if they already held KAH shares before last night? Hypothetically, if it was RIO, then they held 16% of KAH before last night so now they would (remember that I am guessing here) control nearly 39% of KAH which basically means they would control KAH.

If they control KAH they control 41% of EXT and (if it is RIO) then they already hold 15% of EXT, they would effectively control 56% of EXT.

In the end, I have no idea what is really going on but my family jewels (which have never let me down before) are telling me that we are getting really close to something.
