"I will settle for a couple of cents of Capital Gain per unit ratehr than 1-2 cent distribution"

I want both and I expect both. It is logical to assume a distribution. There is no good reason why there will not be one. When there is one it will lead to much more than a couple of cents capital gain. I'll be very disappointed in the new board if they can't achieve this for us.
