The experts here claim it was Russia running out of ammunition and food, these Ukrainian cannon fodder just look totally devastated as they realised Zelensky wants them all to die fighting for the likes of Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing, etc and the US leaders. If they surrendered a month ago 15,000 would still be alive, that's what happens when you believe lies and propaganda from puppet leaders.
