then why then did RRS NOT point out that there was still a small hurdle which was required before Africa Oil can move forward. iw ould have thought that a ratification ann should me made when it is 100% done not 90%.

Again, i find it strange that a former consultant who been a shrewd trader withis buys and sells in the past could time it so perfectly once again this time around. Apparently he had amassed 10m shares up to the close on friday and dumped just about all of them on mondays open. Impeccable timing once again for him. I'm, sure he will re-appear in the next massive run up.
Robert, Stinto quoted the ann Dec 21 as did I. Seems we both interpreted the written english words differently. After reading the ann again and again, i still cannot see how it says the amendments have not been fully ratified and once more signature was needed.
