The prices quoted are "lucky prices" and of course one would first offer the unlucky price

I find in NZ there are many places on what Kiwis call off the beaten track which in the view Australians are bargin based

As to property prices in Australia the Government is talking down prices and minipulating Bank rates upwards as much as they dear before an election

The Kiwi Dollar is doing well out of their higher interest rates which will have an effect on House prices (However NZ is a risky place to have money IMO and it will not take much for the NZ$ to turn and fast such as when NZ starts paying for liquified Natural Gas to replace/support their failing energy supplies)
