BTW EVs are dangerous and unlikely to be the future. Everyone has seen the videos of EVs exploding while charging or just spontaneously. As for other issues - only flakes ignore the problems in manufacturing them, the slave child labour to mine the rare earths, the relatively short period of time before an EV becomes redundant and has to be trashed, the impossibility of safely getting rid of toxic waste from trashed EVs, the practical difficulties of EV charging and - a very important one that almost all LWNJs don't have a clue about .................... it is almost certain that an EV gives a greenie a warm fuzzy feeling in his/her tummy, but almost equally certain it is powered by electricity derived from a coal fired or gas fired station.
Again, left wing thinking and logic are complete strangers. Never let common sense get in the way of a feel-good moment.
