re: Ann: Acquisition of 100% of Tambo Coal an... If I can get assurance that the shares are Escrowed ( and will try to confirm ), then I think this is a positive development .
- I believe Greg Bayton will be escrowed for at least one year on his new shares. Greg has the track record of investing in high growth companies such as PWK (PIPE Networks Ltd). He is also a long term non executive director of PWK.
