Getting smashed.
Construction boom, is it really over? I'm personally not convinced it is. Certainly a slowdown, but there is significant unmet demand. Higher rates are scaring everyone, but what if rates don't go up that much? What if inflation tapers off?
Could be a buying opportunity here. I may start averaging in soon.
