NXS will be in my stock picks comp for next month... although I do not expect an ANN in regards to Crux next month. I feel it will take a couple of months to find a suitable CEO...
Who knows they may have the Crux deal worked out as IT was a barrier and a new CEO could be ANN sooner than we think... Typically if they have no one in mind it will take 3 months. Yet my instinct tells me they have someone in mind already, probably a Shell insider- IMO.
Shell will work out the best deal for them and NXS will get less than we think for the Crux asset- IMO. Shell have stayed interested IMO and are going to make the deal happen...
Unfortunately it may be as low as 100M for a 25% stake in Crux now...would not be surprised if they push for a 50% stake for 200M. Shell will get it at a bargain price, yet no one may be standing in their way...
As another poster mentioned... this does smell of insider advantage to Shell- IMO.
