No, this information is for our reference so we can see whether we have the numbers to realistically think that we could:

1. Carry a NO vote to the scheme
2. Call an EGM to vote on proposals to declare all board positions open
3. Influence the composition of a new board

Please keep in mind that I'm not asking you for an absolute commitment, just an indication of your intentions at this point. It's possible that the scheme booklet might disclose that we have no chance of ever getting any product through approvals or onto the market, and this is as good as it could possibly get. In that case, yes would be the only sensible answer.

But if there is nothing shocking in the booklet I think a NO is my most likely position.
