I gave you a thumb up. I concur with what you said. this is another factor which causes sp drifting downwards.

Look back at ICN sp half year back and now. Its management is performing better now than before and sp is going up. It was because HC members were trying to retire its CEO. It was serious issue.

Perhaps similar actions should be considered in MEO. I mentioned before but no responses. We are the shareholders and we pay their wages and would like to see results and not arrogance from them.
