If management made an offer to take over the company no matter what the price a lot more than 10% of the shareholders, probably around 60%, would be smart enough to know that management weren't offering full value.

I guess that's the price we have to pay now that VMT is getting exposure and is no longer only a buy for folks who have done the hard yards researching the fundamentals that the general market is totally unaware of and following managements lead to buy. I for one have been replicating Charles buying ever since the price bottomed at 5 c.

Charles has kicked another massive goal with the strategic investment deal where he has somehow managed to tie VMT getting 100% ownership of the Italian distribution company to a deal where Castiglioni and Malone stop working their own interests on the sidelines and put their investment and efforts into creating value within VMT which we all benefit from. Having an industry great the likes of Castiglioni on the register is a gigantic tick of approval for the investment quality of VMT shares.

You have to love riding a winner as it turns the corner and starts to gallop down the straight to the grand prix.
