Your right inverty89,.. TOE can still ride the high tide but with uncertainty about its path forward it will move slower than the stocks with a clear path..
If there any real approvals developments because im following the market i'll be one of the first on even if i had to pay a little more, but why sit on a slow mover until then when other with a clear path are making big moves... Approvals are unknown may never get it or could be 10 years in the next cycle dont think its going to be any time soon... Buyout is possible but dont think that be over price 20% vwap is the going rate..
