Appreciate the insights from all.
Firstly asic's website obviously doesn't need to worry about being user friendly and intuitive.
It makes me feel like an old man trying to use technology and I'm in my 30's, this might make some of you trying feel better!
When in doubt, reading the instructions did help.
For anyone else interested, I have just purchased the $9 "current company information" extract and despite the example document stating it will display the T20 in each share class, it does not. The only share information it displays is the total shares on issue.
Might save a few people $9.
If anyone succeeds in gaining this info I would appreciate some further direction.
