The original agreement is not due to expire till Nov 2022 (7 months). The international milk powder price is roughly 55% higher now than when the original agreement was signed. The new agreement is a 32% increase in value over the original agreement. So it is a decrease in order volume. As with the first agreement volumes are not guaranteed.
