And really who is not going to take 65-75c right now if it is offerred. Most will- IMO. Yet I will be hoping if an offer comes in for 55-65c to shareholders that the SP trades well over 65c and we push the offer to over 75c. As that prices the whole company at under 450 Million @ 75c. To me that is very good value- IMO.

It is coming- IMO. Now would be the perfect time to make the takeover offer. Jan 2010 may finally be the investors month.

55c will be a low ball offer IMO... And I would not be wishing to take it with the suite of assets NXS has both in production and developing. However if the legal liabilities is greater than expected, other difficulties arise then we may need to consider a lower offer... They would really need to sell us the low ball offer for it to be approved IMO.

588 Mil X 0.55 = $323,400,000 (Low ball bargain to purchaser).

I will not be accepting 55c unless it looks like I have no other choice. I would be interested to see whom would...
