    I think they just want to get all their ducks in a row. Remember the clock starts to tick on the tax free period once it's declared commercial.
    Best to suffer a few problems while accumulating the relevant data and making sure everything is ready for Zapato before unleashing the beast.

    Today was always going to be a down day with a long weekend ahead.
    Hopefully they're already flow-testing the middle section over the weekend and we go straight into trading halt.
