Given the CDM stated policy of their 3% “creep” rule, I doubt if the new stocks have entered the portfolio by an increase in capitalisation. I agree though about some of these LIC holdings to be too generalised (too wide spread) to gain any meaningful capital, and am as frustrated as you, but the last thing at the moment we need, is for CDM managers to have a significant punt on a single stock (like Melbourne IT) !
We would really complain if that happened, wouldn’t we Riv ?
