JWs wealth has just gone up around $700k with no repayments, he can sell those shares and walk away with some lovely gains for zero investment on his behalf, if the shares drop below 23 cents then he can also forfeit those shares and walk away with no investment on his behalf.
Now I would be impressed if he made voluntary repayments for his shares, but why would he do that? The dividends will do that for him.
JW has scored himself a excellent deal on his behalf, but at no cost to him ( so far ) and at a cost of dilution to shareholders.
