Over the time I've been here, and I can't quite remember how many years that is, @silvaman has actually been 'on the money' from my observation. I'm not going to trawl through posts to back this up, but I remember her/him indicating the low teens may come up as a buying target ect ect when i certainly didn't see it coming and with that level well and truly being taking out and look where we are now. I haven't detected an agenda, just commentary, analysis, and good questions from silvaman.
