I did that too with LSF. BUT I generally like to take the divvies in the form of cash so that I can either top up an existing holding, or buy something completely different. Also with div reinvestment, you are a price taker rather than a price maker. HOWEVER, I did div reinvest with RF1 when I was underweight and they had that HUGE distribution last year ??? I think I added almost another 1000 shares, so there are exceptions ! Hopefully after this management amalgamation, they only continue to rise at the same rate and have the same level of success….. or greater !
