I saw an article today, Stephen Conroy wans to add $5000 to the cost of every new house, compulsory fibre connection, not copper pipes.... just wondering, that seems rather costly.... pity it was not mandatory to add a water system at a similar or lower cost.... the way they are going, some towns have run out of water.... but regardless if there is no water, as the town supply rant out... but you will have expensive broad band..to tell all your friends...you hav no water...
