Is Russia stuffed? [that's a technical term]

The sinking of the Moskva cannot simply be written off as "sheet happens" [another technical term]. To misquote Oscar Wilde: To lose one warship could be considered unfortunate, to lose two sounds like carelessness.

Well, the Ruskies have lost two and the second with great loss of life, it wasn't at the docks.
