Ann: NAIF Approves $160m Loan for Thunderbird Project, page-15

Congratulations to the long term holders, it looks like the final pieces of the puzzle are falling into place and hopefully soon the board will be proclaiming "Thunderbird(s) are Go! " (otherwise known as FID).

I've been sitting on the sidelines since mid last year hoping to pick me up some SFX at sub 30c but that train has long left the station, so with today's announcement de-risking the project further I recon the risk/reward ratio has tipped sufficiently to justify paying the current asking price.

Observing the steady price and volume increases beginning pre BFS release, it's almost as if some folks knew what was coming up! Looking for some further detail on the NAIF loan I went to their website and lo and behold, in their Thunderbird case study, they state that "In March 2022 NAIF made an Investment Decision to offer financial assistance of up to $160 million to Kimberley Mineral Sands Pty Ltd (KMS) to support the development of the Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project in the Kimberley region of Western Australia." Why it was only announced to the market today in the midst of an election campaign is curious to say the least.

Anyway it appears to be a tier 1 project in a tier 1 jurisdiction with a long life on the lower end of the cost curve, so even I should eventually see a return on my investment...
