IMO one of the main reason, why our markets are lagging the US is because of our interests rate hikes off late. The main reason we keep getting hit with it is to try a nip housing starting to form a housing bubble.. and if we think a bubble won't start here we better thing again.. So yes IMO they may have jumped the gun a tad too early. But I guess sometimes early is better then too late..
