Hi Malay, totally agree. One minute I am reading an analyst letter suggesting that should be $1.60, then they drop to $1.10. Due to what? a minor shift in the AUD vs. USD? All the big Christmas stocks would have been purchased at the peak of the strength of the AUD; they probably hedged at a good rate as well. A lower market growth? The fundamentals of PBG are still good, strong brands, well positioned, with lowering costs due outsourcing. Once good xmas sales are published the SP will shoot over $1.50, imho.
