If he is some marketing wunderkind and they haven't needed to use any of the proceeds of the IPO then why is the company listed? Why would a guy who is apparently a secretive recluse want the attention of public markets? Why did he sell down in the IPO at 50c and then sell down again as soon as he was able to with the stock 70% off its ATH? Why did he strongly imply he will sell more stock as soon as he is able to after the FY results? And finally, why would anyone be buying the stock when the marketing genius founder is dumping it at every opportunity he gets?
