Russia Ukraine war, page-19773

WSWS seems to not realise that Russia has invaded Ukraine and is waging a bloody imperialistic war of conquest on Ukrainian soil.

In WSWS land, peaceful Russia is going about its peaceful business while the dastardly US day by day cement plans to attack peaceful Russia.

So far the US has not sent any troops to fight in Ukraine against the attacking Russians, let alone declared war on Russia. A US vs Russia war would be the shortest war in history; a mutual exchange of nuclear warheads resulting in total the total devastation of both countries & probably the world as well. The US understands this, and they have never had any attention of attacking Russia.

President Bidens language is mainly aimed at rallying allies in support of Ukraine - support in terms of weapons and sanctions, because all parties understand that the direct supply of troops results in the nuclear confrontation I previously mentioned.

WSWS is the boy who cried wolf when it comes to US intentions, constantly screaming that the US is planning to attack Russia. It never happened during or after the Cold War and it won’t be happening. This is simply WSWS seeing the world through their Marxist blinkers and refusing to back down when they get their narrative wrong - instead, they double down.
