So existing shareholders of AJQ will be alloted 60 million shares from de-merger. Not sure whether those shareholders have to pay for these new shares. How many shares will each holder be allocated will depend on the number of shares owned in AJQ they hold.....remembering that there are well over 1 billion in existent......so likely to be a maximum of 1 share per 16 held. Will this compensate existing shareholders as to the loss of value in AJQ after this de-merge was announced. I seriously think not. Another example of how Mather and his select BOD is managing our investments. Total manipulation to ensure values go down dramatically to be picked up by the 'chosen' down the track. Refer DGR, SOLG, etc, etc.
