50% interest is 2.5 times that of GGP's 20% interest, one huge difference. Hence, if you don't believe me, look at the sp action today. GGP has previously stated that significant success at FP would be worth roughly 10c per share whilst VIL has stated that success could mean 25c per share to them.
GGP however has a diversified bunch of oil and gas assets.
