Where on earth are you getting those numbers from? Your company has a MC of 189 mill. 20 times that is just under 4 billion market cap. To get to that market cap you have to be in full production. You won't have your project up and running in 2-3 years time, especially if you are wanting to double your output from 10mtpa to 20mtpa. Plus you have a 400 km slurry pipe to design, build and roll out. You're deluded if you think in 2-3 years time you'll be sitting at a 4 billion dollar market cap. Then there is the issues of finding 5+ billion dollars in Capex to get the project started. That is an extraordinary amount of money needed that won't just pop up quickly, if at all.

Then, MGT are asking for less than a fifth of your Capex for near enough the same FE grade magnetite ore. We both have high grade magnetite IO. We both will enjoy the premiums for every percent above 62 FE. If you get your funding then there is no way we don't get funded either. It's just ours is a better risk vs reward. The tortoise and the hare some could say.

Lets not forget, we have just announced our staged plan to get to 7mtpa, more than double our initial 3mtpa. Our NPV will increase dramatically as the years go on as we also have other tenements in our bank. We also were given Muster Dam tenement by the state government. That's the biggest endorsement you can get. Our initial 3mtpa is a tiny piece of pie from just ONE of our many tenements. MGT literally have the potential to 20x in the next decade and are a far better risk vs reward potential than your company due to our tiny capex when compared to your extraordinary asking price of 5+ billion dollars.

As I said, good luck to ya. If you guys succeed then it just means the demand for high grade magnetite ore is incredible and we will also be funded and a producer. There's literally no other way to think about it. Why on earth would you get 5+ billion dollars and us not get 600 mill? There is literally no argument that can be made.

If you succeed, we succeed. If you don't succeed it will be because of a Capex too high and that means that we can still succeed as ours is atleast a fifth less than yours. MGT is a better risk vs reward. Simple.

Why do you need to be in production to achieve a $4B market cap?
AVZ are over $4B and don't own 100% of the deposit.
LKE nearly $3B
CHN $2.5B

I could go on and on. I remember the doomsayers asking how AVZ was going to fund the 250km road to port when their share price was 5c.
I've seen some pretty outlanding market caps over the last 12 month and there's no reason why both MGT & HIO cannot both hit $1B in a short period of time.
