Really? This should not be considered worthy of an ASX announcement - at least they're not claiming it's price sensitive. Part and parcel of running an exploration company is having people to carry out the work.
Unlike the MD I don't have a certificate in corporate governance, but surely having the same person as the company secretary and MD isn't best practice?
