It is oh so easy to fall into the trap of negativity.

Both my Mother and Grandmother were that way.
But thinking back I think it was borne out of fear more than anything else, very very sad.
I have had to try all my life, to punch my way out of that damn negative box!

I know from my experience with my Mum, that in the last 10 years or so, when I went back to England to give my poor sister a break for a few days. I was in despair!
She picked up on everything negative, be it a daft soap opera, anything the family planned to do, the news etc etc.
That by the time I was due to leave, I had practically, lost the will to live!

Then because of my upbringing, I also am full of fear, to the point of extreme panic attacks. It is a constant battle for me. Perhaps it was for her?

I, personally can see no reward in negativity, there is none really.
So, I don't know the answer, but you are a very positive person, for whatever reason. Perhaps you had to work hard to be so. But you are blessed
