I'm happy to engage at any level but you're the one criticising. When I look at their metrics they're all pretty decent, somewhat remarkable given the level of competition.
For you and others criticising, if you think the business decisions are poor then it's probably up to you to make the case on what they should be doing differently and how you think it might impact their trajectory/metrics.
Live Pricing: Should be priority (also on chart/holdings)
UX (Web): Bit clunky but I can find what I want (and I use it from an iPhone)
App: Only use it to trade, fine.
If I was the CX lead I'd draft up their target personas and run some focus group and UX sessions to revamp the app but I'd be surprised if they're not already doing this. I suspect some of their app design is constrained by the APIs, they design some beautiful app and then have to redo to fit in with the data and trading APIs to make performance acceptable. I made this point on here 9 months ago.
