the consequences are a matter of Morrison not giving a damn about people.... all he cares about is getting the votes.
its not so much that Morrison wants mortgage defaults and bankruptcies .... after all he did a good job in the surety for mortgages during the pandemic..... its more that he thinks offering more hope for first home buyers will win him a lead and he isn't concerned about the future results.
