How do you assess Hans Daniels's (HD) new Hire UAE for LPD?

New Hire HD seems to have recently worked on polymers JW and GJ must believe these are transferable skills.

On balance, I think HD has a great deal of leadership in commissioning the polymer plant that was started in 2013 and finished in 2016 with SongWon in a KIZAD partnership. This is very useful to the speciality chemicals we want to create in UAE..( hoping the 3 years between 2013-2016 might be shortened of halved in LPD's case )
