Hi MGT holders,
Disappointing to see a CR today chasing $15.8 million to complete the DFS.
Keep in mind that the MGTOD options expired last October (294,915,342 options at $0.05) leaving the company $14,745,767 short on expected funds. These shares released to HOLDERS at $0.025 will cover the MGTOD options and will also give the faithful 1 option ($0.05) for every 2 shares purchased which will not mature until 6 months after the decision to mine has been released.
(This could / should be a very nice gift considering the up coming announcements).
A Joint venture could also be used to source extra funds but this takes control away from share holders and if the relationship sours can become a nightmare....
Any current holder that wishes to average down prior to the release of the up coming DFS, financing news and decision to mine should see this announcement for what it is.... not financial advice just an insight to own my plans...
