The issue is we don't know what verbal offers they have received from pfizer for jobs after resapp.
Takeover goes through, tk walks away with 2 million from resapp and maybe a nice job with pfizer on a couple million a year.
If pfizer offered this to a few of the board. It may cost them 15 million over the next few years in wages, which they will make back 10 fold in 6 months of commercialisation.
Remember Pfizer has signed a deal with the US government for the new Covid pill for treatment. That goes hand in hand with resapp instant covid test. Pfizer stand to makes billions from this situation.
This is all speculation only my behalf but something for everyone to think about.
