Well it looks like this will happen with the requirement the AGM is held within 5 months to the end of the Company's financial year ~ makes the AGM due by the end of May..... stupid to have two meetings within weeks of each other.

But there again its not as if there has been a dull moment owning these shares, with the regular surprise thrown in.....
