I voted and did NOT vote for approving these performance shares as I think they STINK. I'm on the record for a number of years saying we need to change the board. Seems a fruitless crusade though....
I also noticed we could not vote against, which I thought odd, but didn't have the time to follow through.....and have never had any success in contacting the board....after many attempts...and never had any action from regulators like ASIC.
Mostly it feels like small shareholders are screwed and you just have to go with the flow...and take the risks.
