my first post here was about the early exercise of options and share price went up nearly 55% on the day,
in my view such news has no enough support for the increase the M/C by more than 50%
from $142M on 31/3 to $233.16M on 1/4,
there must be reason behind this and it's the recent C/R at 16c.
on 1/4: LRS announced "Early exercise of Options": M/C gain $91.16M
on 6/4: LRS announced "Latin expands the high-grade Salinas Lithium projects": M/C gain $80.72M
on 11/4: LRS announced "New drilling results - Salina Lithium projects": M/C gain -$8.04M
if we use current M/C and then take away the unnecessary M/C gain on 1/4.
20cps @ 1867.95 SOI has M/C of $373.59M
less $91.16M will give M/C of $282.43M
$282.43M @ 1867.95 SOI will give 15cps
if we use M/C on 31/3 $142M and then add the M/C gains on the days LRS had price sensitive announcements
then $142M + $80.72M - $8.04M is $214.68M
$214.68M @ 1867.95 SOI will give 11.5cps
@C/R price 16cps, M/C is 16cps x 1867.95 SOI = $298.87M
to me I think the fair value should be somewhere in between 11.5-15c.
