FACT: The lower the market cap the higher the level of dilution. The fundies have deep pockets and will participate in the CR, retail is best to wait for the conclusion of the CR or participate in it if you believe that the company will significantly raise its sales level which is unlikely based on its past performance.
I bought in a year before the reverse split. .
