I agree that we're all experts in hindsight however there's no need to raise money until you actually need it and shareholders should have been given the chance to participate, despite the extra complications. My point is that the board comes out looking great due to high coal prices, which is not of their doing, and they shouldn't escape scrutiny for this poor dilutionary decision.
