yeah I think tier 1 to tier 2 the BoD may have to indicate what they think is a realistic acquisition price if it is as has been indicated to me by industry ($300m odd).

if they believe fv is much higher, say a buck or more, then I would expect no guidance and they let SP run.

or maybe no guidance either way . That's the markets job with all their infinite wisdom
ie: if the market believes the meme, 4DS = 4 Dollar Stock, then it will just run there naturally as everyone just "knows" that is where it's going and so long as price is under that then there is money to be had.
