Pretty sure the situation is that each time the concentrate was already loaded in a truck. They've stolen the trucks each time. Those things cost ~A$200K + trailer, so if you havent got some type of tracking on it the hauler must be stupid, or getting a cut of the proceeds.

Its very suspicious they knew each time the truck was loaded. The concentrate is obviously being taken by a smelter. Most likely the bandits dump the load somewhere, and dump the stolen truck somewhere else where the hauler recovers its, then the smelter uses its own transport to pick up the concentrate.

Mexico is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, look at what the drug cartels are getting way with there. Nevertheless holders would have to ask some serious questions about what management are doing to allow this to happen at all. Do they even understand the country they are operating in?
