Is SDL not entirely sure ANS can be held responsible for alleged misuse of IP, and therefore don't know where to look??
Is SDL looking for a non-existent needle in multiple haystacks?

Can we assume if there's insufficient evidence to proceed in the WA Courts, then there's no case for the ICC to hear, and the interim order restraining Cameroon from granting exploitation rights can be thrown in the bin, and laughed out of town?

I find it amusing that anyone would think Sundance would be in a rush. Is someone being held up by this court action?
