So Kate (again), Chris and Gernot want 100% of their income to be in equity/shares in ESH and Cameron Adams who has since left still wanted 66% (again) in equity (assuming 33% for tax).
So the current board it seems want to pay tax to work for Mogul? Either these guys are the stupidest people around or there is plenty of good things coming around as why would you choose to pay tax on and spend your time and the responsibility just for nothing?
