Sorry SB, you might want to read the Ann again, particularly the Annexure A. PLL acquired 187,978,295 new shares since the date of the last notice (10/06/2021). They are all placement shares acquired since then.
As for the recent parcel on the 14th of April. Check the announcement on that day and compare to the Annexure A.
